After a pleasant drive along the coast we will enter the Pelješac peninsula and continue through the famous vineyards before we reach the town of Orebić where we will leave the bus and take a short boat ride across the channel to the island of Korčula and the town with the same
name. Korčula is known as the birth place of Marco Polo. It was most probably founded by the Trojan hero
Antenor. Today you have the opportunity to experience it's narrow streets,beautiful churches and magnificent
palaces. Our walking tour of the old town will take you to the most interesting sites such as the Cathedral,the City Museum and the Bishop's Palace.
After sightseeing there will be time for lunch or even swimming.
