Take the opportunity to see where the famous Croatian oysters come from. We start with a pleasant bus ride along the Adriatic Sea. Our first stop will be in the small village of Trsteno where we will visit the magnificent Renaissance botanical garden - the Arboretum. After a relaxing walk through hundreds of different plants from all over the world we continue towards the small town of Mali Ston, which is the "oyster capital" of Croatia. Here we will join our hosts on a boat and take a ride out to the oyster beds. After the traditional welcome of grape brandy and dried figs you will have the opportunity to see how the oysters are cultivated, how they are "picked" and taste them directly from the sea!
A snack and local wine will be served on board.
